Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
Important: Opened and used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Products in Good Condition (Unused): If the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, we will process a refund after the return is completed and the product is inspected at our warehouse.
- Quality or Integrity Issues: If you believe there is a defect or quality issue with the product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Provide details and evidence (e.g., photos) for evaluation. If deemed valid, a refund or replacement will be issued.
- Non-Returnable Products: Opened, used, or damaged products (except in cases of verified defects) and products returned without their original packaging.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: Contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return process and provide proof of purchase and details about the product issue (if applicable).
- Shipping the Return: Ship the product back to our warehouse at SKB Plaza , Shop Number 16 | Umm Al Shaif, Dubai. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of the refund.
Refund Process
- Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs incurred during the return process will not be refunded.
- Rejected Refunds: If the product is found to be opened, used, or damaged due to reasons not attributable to us, the refund will not be processed.

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.
